Description
This service is designed for software acquisition, development and maintenance organizations that:
- Desire an accurate projection of software cost and schedule
- Need to identify and remedy life cycle project problems and risks impacting cost and schedule
As we perform this service, we may, at your option:
- Examine past and current software development practices within the software development organization
- Establish environment baseline to ascertain cost and schedule forecast
- Provide a detailed report of project costs, including staffing needs broken down by life-cycle phases
- Assist in the development of a staffing profile to improve quality and reduce cost and schedule overruns
