Description
This service is designed for software acquisition, development and maintenance organizations that:
• Desire assistance in the development of a Computer Resources Life Cycle Management Plan (CRLCMP) for their organization
• Need an accurate assessment of their current life-cycle management practices
As we perform this service, we may, at your option:
• Determine your organization's current life-cycle management practice
• Establish a documented baseline of these practices for CRLCMP development or for modification of an existing CRLCMP
• Provide a detailed report of life-cycle management activities detailing strengths and weaknesses with improvement recommendations
