Description
The Metrics Executive Workshop is intended to provide:
• An introduction to the concepts and principles of an effective measurement system
• Examples of how measurement can be used in the organization to make informative driven decisions
• The executive's roles and responsibilities in a measurement system
• Overview of the Measurement Adoption Process
At the Conclusion... Participants will: |
| • | Understand the key elements to an effective measurement system |
| • | Understand the roles and responsibilities of executive and senior management in implementing a measurement system |
| • | Align their measurement system to the mission and goals of their organization |
| • | Be able to initiate and organize an effective measurement system |

| • | Pre-Workshop Interviews: These interviews will give valuable insight into your organization and provide data for use to tailor our Measurement Executive Workshop to your needs. |
